An online design consult with Xronos is largely the same as an in-person consult. We will discuss your inspiration and vision, as well as your budget and preferred material selection. If you would like to see some of our standard pieces during your call, please let us know in advance. If you don't quite know what you're after, we can guide you through options to consider.

We provide links to stone options after your appointment. The links enable you to view the stones at 3x magnification, so you can see more detail than the naked eye. Diamonds and lab-grown diamonds will come with online certification reports, so you can be assured of quality and reliability.

No, our appointments are obligation free. A deposit is required after you have selected your gemstone, or approve your design (whichever is first in your instance). A final deposit is required upon completion of the piece.

We ship engagement rings and other fine jewellery all across Australia with insured shipping. We will provide you with a tracking link and signature upon delivery.
