How can I secure the sale offer for my Xronos engagement ring?
To claim our Birthday Sale offer, you can:
- Book a design consultation to co-create your dream engagement ring with Xronos co-founder and jeweller, Geordan. Appointments are limited, so please only book an in-person consultation if you’re ready to begin the journey.
- Choose from our signature made-to-order settings - visit us in store or get in touch with our team to create your dream signature engagement ring.
- Purchase a ready-to-wear or one-off engagement ring.
For signature made-to-order, ready-to-wear, or one-off rings, you’re welcome to visit us in the studio (no booking required) or reach out via email to secure your offer.

Are there any upfront costs?
Yes, a deposit or payment is required to secure the offer:
- 50% deposit for custom and made-to-order signature settings
- Full payment for ready-to-wear and one-off rings
If your custom design requires more time or unique gemstone sourcing, you can secure the discount with a $500 holding deposit, which will be applied to your final order.
Please note: deposits or payment must be made during the sale weekend to qualify for the discount.
I can’t come in-store — can I still take part in the sale?
Absolutely. Simply reach out to us at info@xronosjewellery.com to find out how we can create your piece. You can also browse and purchase from our ready-to-wear and one-off collections online.
When will I receive my design concepts?
- Custom engagement rings: tailored 3D CAD renders will be delivered within 2 weeks of your consultation, with the opportunity to refine the design.
- Made-to-order signature settings: CAD renders are not included unless specifically requested, as these designs can be viewed in person.
How long will my ring take to craft?
Engagement rings purchased during our Chapter One Sale will have an extended lead time of 8–10 weeks, starting from design approval (the final sign-off on your CAD render).
I missed out on an appointment. Can I still visit during the sale weekend?
Yes! Our doors are always open for walk-ins. While booked consultations receive priority, our team will be available to answer your questions, show you our pieces, and guide you through your options. Please note, some pieces may be in consultations and unavailable to view during your visit - which is why we recommend securing an appointment for a dedicated experience.
What if I can’t finalise my design during the appointment?
You can secure your exclusive discount with a $500 deposit, and we’ll continue the design process with you afterwards to ensure the piece is exactly your vision.

A note from Xronos
It was in West End many moons ago, as we walked our dog Taco by the river, that we dreamt of creating a meaningful fine jewellery brand together - a vessel to pour our hearts and creativity into.
An idea became a sketch, a sketch became a design, and a post on Instagram led to our first custom enquiry (Brittany and Marco). Soon, the little jewellery bench in our garage was humming through mornings, evenings, and weekends.
It was you, our community, who valued the authenticity behind what we do - where each piece is designed in collaboration and crafted with intention.
When we opened our dedicated studio one year ago, those same values guided us forward. And today, we celebrate a milestone made only possible by our community. Thank you, you will never truly know how much it means to us.

Explore an initial selection of gemstones, or, if you’re seeking something more unique, we’ll carefully source a refined curation after your consultation.

Your consult is led by a jeweller, not a salesperson. Here, you chat one-on-one with the craftsperson creating your piece. The result is an unmatched design of the highest quality.
Deposit
To secure our once-a-year Birthday Sale offer, a deposit is required. Please see above FAQs for further information on deposits.
Exclusions and Sale Conditions
The Chapter One Birthday Sale is a once-a-year event with strictly defined inclusions. To avoid disappointment, please note the following exclusions and conditions:
Excluded from the sale:
- Orders already in progress, including where a gemstone has been secured on your behalf, and/or where a deposit has been paid, and/or where a CAD design is underway or approved.
- Orders currently in production.
- Past purchases (previously invoiced or completed).
- Engagement ring quotes provided more than two weeks prior to the sale period - these will require re-quoting.
- Jewellery servicing, repairs, and remodels (remodels include orders utilising client's existing or supplied diamonds/gemstones and metal).
- Bespoke engagement rings without a design consultation booked during the sale period. (Bespoke engagement rings can only be achieved through a booked design consultation. Walk-in or online bespoke requests will not be accommodated.)
- Bespoke wedding rings and bespoke fine jewellery.
- Virtual consultations - these will not be offered during the sale weekend due to limited availability.
Additional Conditions:
- Discounts only apply when the required deposit or payment is received by the end of the sale weekend.
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable and are deducted from your final balance.
- Appointments for custom/bespoke engagement rings are limited and subject to availability.
No exceptions will be made outside these conditions.
