Chapter Two Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2. Promotional Period
Entries open on 4 September 2026 at 6:00PM AEST and close on 11 September 2026 at 7:00AM AEST. Entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all entry requirements outlined in the pinned giveaway post. Only entries that satisfy all stated requirements will be considered valid. Entries made on other posts will not be accepted.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing from Xronos Fine Jewellery does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
4. Existing Orders
Existing orders, deposits, purchases, store credits or other payments made prior to the commencement of the giveaway are not eligible to be entered, converted into, or applied towards the prize. The prize cannot be combined with any existing order, credit, purchase or promotion.
5. Prize
The winner will receive one custom or bespoke ring designed and crafted by Xronos Fine Jewellery, valued at up to $6,000 AUD.
6. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, another product, or any other monetary value.
The winner may select a ring with a maximum value of $6,000 AUD. If the selected ring is valued at less than $6,000 AUD, the remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or applied towards another product or service.
Any additional costs not expressly included within the $6,000 prize value are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Design & Stone Selection
The winning ring will be designed in consultation with Xronos Fine Jewellery and is subject to the materials, gemstones, design, specifications and production requirements available within the $6,000 AUD prize value.
Any upgrades, additions or design changes requested by the winner that increase the value of the ring above $6,000 AUD will be payable by the winner prior to production.
Xronos Fine Jewellery reserves the right to determine the feasibility and final specifications of the ring, in consultation with the winner.
8. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw on 11 September 2026 from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
The winner will be contacted by Xronos Fine Jewellery (@xronosfinejewellery) via Instagram Direct Message using the details associated with their entry.
9. Winner Response
The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, Xronos Fine Jewellery reserves the right to conduct a further random draw and select an alternative winner.
10. Winner Announcement
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their first name and/or Instagram handle may be published by Xronos Fine Jewellery for the purpose of announcing and promoting the giveaway winner.
11. Design Process & Content
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Xronos Fine Jewellery may photograph, film and document the design process, crafting process and finished ring for promotional and marketing purposes.
Xronos Fine Jewellery may use this content across its website, social media, advertising and other marketing channels without further payment or compensation to the winner.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the promotion.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries and contact the winner. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Xronos Fine Jewellery Privacy Policy.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
