We can’t wait to welcome you into the studio and start bringing your ideas to life.

Your design appointment is completely complimentary and obligation-free. We only see one client at a time, so you’ll have the space and support to explore your vision without any pressure.

To help you make the most of your appointment, we’ve put together a few tips below to guide you before you arrive.

Our location

Our studio is located within the West Village shopping precinct in West End.

To find us, head to Harris Farm Markets and walk toward Woolworths. Just before you reach Woolworths, turn right at Nodo Café. You'll find us at the end of that walkway, right beside the centre’s main doors.

Parking

There is ample 2-hour free parking available at West Village. The car park entrance is located on Mollison Street.

Frequently asked questions

What do I bring to my appointment?

If you have inspiration and ideas for your piece, we highly recommend you bring any photos or drawings to show us. If your appointment involves a remodel, please bring along your existing jewellery if possible.

I want to try on something very specific on the day.

While we have a wide range of styles to try-on, as well as loose stone options - we can't always provide styles to match your pinterest inspo. Many of our pieces are custom and not held in studio. We request that you notify us at the time of your booking submission of any specific styles or stones that you would like to see, so that we can source in stones or mock-up designs.

Can I send inspo to you in advance?

Yes, you can share your ideas, inspo and budget with us ahead of your meeting. You can either upload inspiration in your booking notes, or email us at info@xronosjewellery.com

Why do you ask for my budget?

We understand a budget is very personal. However, fine jewellery can significantly vary in price. By understanding your budget, we can tailor the design and material selection to suit.

Do I have to pay a deposit on the day?

For custom pieces, no (unless you want to make an initial payment). We only require a deposit to secure the stone or once the design is approved.
If purchasing a ready-to-wear piece, full payment is required.

How many people can attend an appointment?

We ask that only 2 people attend the appointment.

I need to reschedule my appointment

You can reschedule your appointment via the link in your booking confirmation email or by contacting us. If unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule for the safety and wellness of our team.

How soon after my appointment do I receive quotes and stone options?

You can anticipate to receive intial stone options and quotes 3-4 days after your appointment.
