Christmas 2025 Production Cut-Offs & Shipping Guide

The festive season is our busiest time of year, and we want to ensure your Xronos pieces arrive in perfect time for Christmas. Please review the following production and shipping cut-offs to help you plan your purchase.

Made-to-Order Jewellery

All made-to-order pieces crafted in our Brisbane studio require a crafting lead time.
Order by Thursday, 4 December 2025 for guaranteed Christmas completion.
Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed ready for Christmas Day.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Engagement Rings

Engagement rings, both made-to-order Signature Settings and Bespoke require additional time and care.

These pieces have a 6-7 week crafting lead time and must be ordered by 12 October 2025 to be ready for Christmas.

Ready-to-Wear Pieces

Ready-to-wear items - including in-studio stock and ready-to-ship engagement rings are dispatched promptly after purchase or available for collection from our Brisbane studio.
To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order no later than 15 December 2025.

If your ready-to-wear piece needs resizing, our team can complete this within 2–3 days.

Christmas Shipping

We offer complimentary Express Shipping on all orders. While we dispatch promptly, please note that high seasonal demand may cause delays with Australia Post. We recommend ordering early to allow sufficient delivery time.
