Ring Sizing

Xronos offers free rizing if you don't get it quite right. A small fee may incur if there is a significant resize (more than 4 sizes up or down).

We can customise a piece to change the gemstone, metal choice, etc. Please reach out to our team to discuss and receive a quote.
Production & Shipping
Production time
Please refer to the individual item's description. Some pieces will be crafted to order and require 7-21 days to produce, while others are ready to ship. This will be included in the product description.
Ready to ship items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.
Engagement, wedding and other custom/bespoke designs require a minimum of 3-6 weeks. This includes design, design iterations, stone sourcing and crafting. Each individual client will have lead times discussed with them.
Shipping
We currently offer domestic shipping. If you are based internationally, please get in touch.
Standard and Express Delivery available.
- Orders valued at more than $200 - Standard Shipping is free
- Orders valued at more than $500.00 - Express Shipping is free.
Our products are packed securely and dispatched with signature upon delivery. Are packaging is discreet, we don't want to ruin any surprises!
In-store pick-up
If you'd prefer to pick-up from our store in West Village (West End), we can arrange this. Please get in touch.
For engagement, wedding and bespoke items, we will notify you when your piece is ready for collection.
Manufacturer's warranty & returns
Manufacturer's warranty
All Xronos items come with a 12 months manufactury warranty from the purchase date. This warranty is only valid for manufacturing faults and defects, it does not cover general wear and tear or change of mind. Please refer to our return policy for further information.
Returns and refunds
We will not accept refunds for simply change of mind. Please consider this prior to completing your order. See below for further information relating to stock, engagement and ceremonial, and bespoke and custom items.
